Data Source in Case Management
CompletedWithin our Data Source, we have a category called contacts, Vehicles, and Items. This is where we add contacts, vehicles, and items related to a Record/Case. Within the Contact data source, we have created a field called flags so our Officers can flag a contact if needed. The issue is our basic operators (Security Officers) can not search for a contact within Case Management. This is an important aspect for and security company. Can a field be added to the Data Source which allows a Data Source to be pinned to the sidebar in Case Management where Dashboards and Insights and give users the ability to search in that list and make changes to contacts?

SureView has now released the ability to give authorized members of your team access to edit key Data Sources without granting them access to any other elements within your Cases system!
Granting View/Edit permissions for a Data Source to a Team without Administrative privileges will now cause the 'Data Source Page' to appear on the main sidebar for the user.
On this page, users can view and update values for Data Sources whose values are expected to change on a regular basis. Let Cases become your single source of truth for event data, with dynamic Data Source editing!
