Auto Assign Officer to Case

Automatically assign Officer to a Case if he/she creates it inside of Cases. Officer should not have to assign themselves to the case if they created it. Would be nice to see a flow from OPS to Cases that would assign the Officer to the Case if it is promoted out of OPS.
