Narrative/Summary section in Cases
CompletedNeeds some type of open source word processor so an officer can format a report. Need an editor to open when typing in the narrative or summary section of a report. Need to be able to format a narrative or summary like we would in a word document.

We have released a new feature that provides the capability to add basic text formatting to fields in your records. This is available on any "Text Area" fields and admins need to select the option to "Allow Rich Text".

SureView's new Rich Text fields are now available for all Cases users! Simply enable the Rich Text option for the Text Area field you'd like to add formatting options to. This will unlock features like bold text, italic text, hyperlinks, as well as:
- Bulleted lists
- Numbered lists
And lastly,
Heading options
Allowing for well defined structure
Within your organizational reports.
